Bags Parking uses several security standards, from the choice and selection of the Bags Managers to the care of your luggage up to the security of payments. In addition, a dedicated assistance service is available at any time. 

Before booking a luggage storage facility, you can also read the reviews left by other Travellers, and to better protect both parties, we ask that you take a photo of your luggage at the time of deposit and send it in the chat with the Bags Manager.

You cannot leave illegal or dangerous items in your deposited baggage. You can find a complete list of all prohibited items in the “Terms and Conditions” section under “Prohibited Items”.

Payments must be made online at the time of booking. This will guarantee insurance coverage for your luggage and security of payment.

Each Bags Manager has to pass a very careful selection process to become part of Bags Parking. In addition, during the registration process, he or she must provide all details about his or her identity, proven by official documents such as an ID card and an identity card.

Who are our Bags Managers? Our Bags Managers are both private individuals and businesses offering luggage storage services within their premises. Each Bags Manager is selected only after a thorough and meticulous screening and verification process.
